Payment
I require a 25% non refunadble deposit to secure your place on my waiting list and rest of the payment when I finish drawing. The portrait will not be started until the deposit is paid. I sending parcel always when you are in 100% happy with final effects and after final payment.
If the order is cancelled during commencement of the portrait, the 20% deposit will be retained to cover my time and materials.

Shipping & Packing
All orders are packed flat in safe box, with a tracking number to the address you provide. However, in the event of postal damage, please send a photo immediately. The artwork must be returned and a new portrait will be drawn at no cost.
If you have any problems with postage, please contact me and I'll do my best to resolve it.

Lead Time
I often have a client waiting list and lead time will depend on the time of year and number of other portraits are already booked. I will provide an estimated completion date upon your enquiry. Contact me if you need portrait for specific dates (e.g. for a birthday) I will try my best to accommodate any special request.

Changes And Rejection Of Finished Portrait
On receiving an approved portrait, clients have 7 days to contact me about any required changes. If the portrait needs returning for alterations the client must cover the necessary shipping charges both ways.

Artwork displayed on my website
​I retain copyright on all artwork I produce and I reserve the right to use my drawings on my website , social media pages ( Facebook and Instagram) and for my promotial matrial. I'll not reproduce clients artwork for sale. Clients who do not wish their commissioned portrait to be shown online must notify me before work commences.
